refunds + exchanges

Cali Candle Company carefully inspects all orders prior to shipment. We understand that damage can occur during transit. Candles cannot be returned or refunded. If you receive a damaged or broken item, please send a photo to info@shopcalicandle.com within 3 days of delivery. 

The buyer has the option of exchanging the damaged item for a replacement or a different candle of the same size or value or a refund.
